Rico Walters · Founder of LionRise Restoration
Faith, family, and service are the things that drive me. My faith shapes how I treat people and the decisions I make. As a husband and father, I understand the responsibility that comes with caring for a home—and the trust it takes to let someone work on yours.
My roofing career began with canvassing and grew into management, then ownership. Working my way through those roles gave me a firsthand understanding of the business, from the first conversation at a homeowner’s door to the planning, communication, and follow-through a project requires.
My background also includes insurance sales and earning adjuster licenses. Although I’m not currently practicing as an adjuster, that experience helps me understand the insurance side of restoration and the questions homeowners face.
I founded LionRise to put that experience to work with a deep commitment to service and doing things the right way. To me, that means listening carefully, explaining clearly, keeping my word, and treating your home with respect.
