FROM FIRST LOOK TO FINISH

A plan you can follow.

Your signed scope sets the details for your individual project.

01

Understand the roof

Share your concerns, then review inspection findings and photos with us. We’ll explain the proposed work and the questions that still need answers.

02

Set the scope

Confirm the materials, included work, payment schedule, and how changes will be approved. For insurance work, we document the construction scope; your insurer determines coverage.

03

Prepare for installation

Confirm the build window, delivery and dumpster placement, driveway access, and property protection plan. Weather or material availability can affect timing.

04

Build with clarity

Work follows the agreed scope. If concealed conditions require additional work, we explain the finding and proposed change before proceeding with that work.

05

Review the finish

Walk through the completed work, discuss cleanup and any open items, and organize completion photos and applicable warranty documents.

PROTECTION, EXPLAINED

behind your roof.

Material coverage

Manufacturer warranties cover specified product issues under their written terms. Coverage, exclusions, installation requirements, and transfer rules depend on the selected product and warranty.

OUR FIRST CHOICE

CertainTeed

Review the residential roofing warranty for your selected CertainTeed product and roofing system. The exact coverage and any enhanced program must be identified in your project documents.

Before signing, review covered defects, coverage periods, exclusions, transfer rules and any registration requirements. We confirm the applicable warranty rather than assuming an enhanced program is included.

BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Questions worth asking.

Who provides the workmanship warranty?

LionRise Restoration provides the 10-year workmanship warranty. Manufacturer-backed installation coverage is only included when a specific eligible program is identified in your written project documents. Your coverage follows the agreement issued for your project.

How long will the project take?

Timing depends on roof size, complexity, weather, crew availability, and any hidden conditions. We confirm an expected work window after reviewing the scope and communicate changes.

What should I do before the crew arrives?

Discuss where vehicles, outdoor furniture, and fragile items should go. Plan for noise, keep pets and children clear of the work area, and tell us about access restrictions. Review dumpster and delivery placement with the team.

Will a storm inspection guarantee an insurance claim?

No. We document observed conditions and explain the proposed construction work. Your insurance company makes coverage and payment decisions.

What belongs in my written proposal?

Look for the material and color, included tear-off and installation work, flashing and ventilation details, disposal, exclusions, change approval process, payment schedule, and applicable warranty terms.

What if I have a concern after completion?

Use your project conversation to document the concern and attach relevant photos. For urgent issues, use your established direct contact with LionRise. Keep your final scope and warranty documents together.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is not currently offered through LionRise. We will explain the agreed payment schedule in your proposal. Online card and bank payments are also still being prepared.
