What the warranty covers
Our 10-year workmanship warranty runs from substantial completion of the contracted installation. It covers defects in our installation workmanship, including work performed by the crews and subcontractors we engage for your signed scope.
Examples include an installation-related leak or an incorrectly installed flashing detail within our contracted work. A concern is evaluated against the work performed and its cause; the age of the roof alone does not determine coverage.
What is generally excluded
- Unrelated conditions or defects that existed before our work.
- Normal wear and product manufacturing defects, which are addressed under the applicable manufacturer warranty.
- Damage from later storms, structural movement, misuse, or later third-party alterations.
- Components that were retained rather than replaced, outside our agreed scope. A retained skylight is not a new skylight; new flashing installed by LionRise is covered as workmanship.
These exclusions do not remove responsibility where LionRise’s work caused or contributed to the problem.
How to request service
- Email support@lionriserestoration.com with your name, property address, best contact number, and a description of the concern.
- Include the approximate completion date and photos taken safely from the ground or indoors. You do not need to climb onto the roof.
- We will review the information, contact you to arrange reasonable access where needed, and explain the findings and next step.
Report concerns promptly. For active water entry, contact your project lead directly and take reasonable steps to protect the interior safely. An online request does not schedule an emergency visit.
Manufacturer coverage is separate
CertainTeed and Owens Corning provide product warranties under their own terms. Enhanced manufacturer-backed workmanship coverage is included only when the eligible program is expressly identified in your project documents. Featuring a brand does not mean LionRise holds a manufacturer credential.

Your project documents
Your agreement records the 10-year term, substantial-completion date, covered scope, any transfer terms offered, and applicable manufacturer program and registration responsibilities. Review those details with us before signing and keep the agreement with your completion records.
Payment does not waive latent defects. This summary does not reduce rights provided by your agreement or applicable law.
